After you activate Autopest for an email, the first thing it does is automatically generate all four follow-up emails that'll be sent in case the recipient doesn't respond and send them to you for review. Our AI is so good, most people don't bother changing anything, but you can easily edit every message before it's sent. The AI won't be offended if you make changes. In fact, that's how it learns and gets better.
No! Autopest isn't a tool for indiscriminately SPAMing. It's a resource for busy professionals who need help staying on top of their emails. Autopest will send follow-ups every few days for roughly two weeks. After that, our research shows additional follow-ups aren't helpful. Try it now for free
All emails come from you! Autopest is integrated directly into your email account, and the follow-up emails come directly from there. Your recipient won't see any difference between an email you've sent and an email sent using Autopest. They're your follow-up emails based on the original emails you send. Autopest just uses AI to help write and send them.
Our research has determined that the ideal cadence for follow-up emails is roughly every three days, so that's how often follow-ups get sent when Autopest doesn't detect replies. Your follow-ups will be sent around roughly the same time of day as your original emails, and, yes, Autopest is smart enough to avoid sending emails on weekends and major holidays.
Nope! Autopest is integrated into your email account, so it always checks for responses before sending any follow-ups. You can also turn off Autopest for a specific email anytime inside of your account.
No! Autopest only sees the emails you share, and the content in those emails is only accessed by Autopest/s AI processing engine to create follow-up emails. Autopest and Autopest's employees cannot browse your email account or access any of your emails.

For users connecting Autopest to a Google-hosted email account, Autopest uses Google API Services. Autopest's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
